Delivery & Pickup Policy

This policy explains how pickup and delivery enquiries are handled by Keystone Building Supply LLC. Pickup and delivery are arranged directly with us and are confirmed on a per-enquiry basis.

Confirmed directly

Any pickup or delivery must be confirmed directly with the business before you rely on it. Options, timing, and any charges are discussed as part of your enquiry or quotation.

Availability depends on the details

Whether pickup or delivery can be arranged, and on what terms, may depend on factors such as:

• The specific product and its quantity, size, and weight.
• Vehicle access and site conditions at the delivery location.
• Distance and our current schedule.
• Other conditions we will explain when they apply.

Accurate information and safe access

Please provide accurate delivery information, including the address and any access considerations. A safe, legal, and accessible route and drop-off area are required. If our team cannot safely complete a delivery, it may need to be rescheduled.

Dates and times

Any delivery dates or time windows are estimates unless expressly confirmed. We are not able to make unsupported delivery promises.

Receiving materials

• Someone authorised may need to be present to receive and sign for materials.
• Please inspect materials at pickup or on delivery.
• Report any shortages or visible damage promptly so we can help resolve them.

Charges

Additional fees, such as delivery charges, apply only when they have been disclosed to you in a quotation or confirmed in advance.
